Marceline is an experienced consultant in Financial Deepening, Health Sector Finance, Business Transformation & Advisory, project/program design, Poverty Assessment & Interventions, Research & Analysis and Training & Capacity Building.

She is also a seasoned business strategist and has worked for over 25 years’ in Africa, transforming and empowering operators within the microfinance and health sector. Marceline is also an expert in training, who has designed and implemented training and mentorship programmes at different levels across sectors in the Eastern Africa region.

Marceline's work has seen her engaged in various local and international assignments with (then) K-Rep Development Agency, SIDA, IFAD, USAID. Her more recent placements were as Director of PharmAccess Africa and East Africa Director of Medical Credit Fund.

Her passion is the transformation of Africa's business landscape through the up-skilling, empowering and financing of small to medium enterprises to achieve positive economic growth in the continent, which is why she created SME Business Clinic. Her approach is to renew the business owners' thinking as well as revamp the business (process and teams), to help achieve total organisation change. This is accomplished via carefully customised solutions based on an intimate engagement with her clients.

Marceline has a Masters in Entrepreneurship from JKUAT, a Masters in Business Administration from Strathmore University, a BComm in Marketing from Catholic University and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (ABE, UK).
