• Founder & CEO

Marceline is an experienced consultant in Financial Deepening, Health Sector Finance, Business Transformation & Advisory, project/program design, Poverty Assessment & Interventions, Research & Analysis and Training & Capacity Building.

She is also a seasoned business strategist and has worked for over 25 years’ in Africa, transforming and empowering operators within the microfinance and health sector. Marceline is also an expert in training, who has designed and implemented training and mentorship programmes at different levels across sectors in the Eastern Africa region.

• Technical Advisor

Tendai Mtana has spent the last 18 years shaping and influencing change in both the private sector and the public sector. While he has a heart for governance in public service, he has found ways to express his heart for policy transformation for businesses as well as public organisations and communities.

His most recent role was that of Executive Secretary serving in the Mombasa County Government in the areas of Early Childhood Development and Environment. Here he developed ground-breaking policies to aid in the governance of the two key sectors.

Eric is a Computer Scientist with a proven track record in the investment finance sector, business analysis, strategic planning, project management, marketing, research and client relationship development.

Eric is the Founding Partner of Etenia Limited, a wealth creation platform established in 2015 to help SMEs and large businesses reconnect with God’s real plan for empowering them to succeed.
